CEL cases all follow the same route and pattern. Push everyone to the wire (so following procedures/deadlines is essential) but withdraw when a solid defence and Witness Statement are produced. Have you checked out a large number of previous CEL cases?
CEL only provide the vaguest of details, you have to work with those.
In terms of completing your DQ, please see the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which guides you through each element of it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

1) Your defence should have said they were really brief and every CEL defence does so, from memory.
2) If you dnot get a copy of their DQ complain to the court when you send in your copy, with a copy ot the claimant.
CEL dont use Gladstones so you dont see the N159 "trick"0 -
