Whether this is one of those "someone paid me money to use my account and told me to report the card stolen a few months later and now I have a CIFAS marker because the bank won't believe my lies", or whether the card was lost along with a phone that contained the PIN, the bank has come to the view that the OP has facilitated fraud which may have cost them a lot of money.
There are also cases on the FOS decisions site where this has (been claimed to have) happened as the OP has said it has, or with a slight variation, and it's not been upheld - a selection of three from the many, many, many cases there are (hundreds since 2013):

I will, again, state that it is extremely unlikely that this has happened as OP has said it had.urs sinserly,

I!!!8217;ve got a response back from Cifas and I do have a Cat 6 marker on my name from the start of May0

I was told that this is removed when they realise the fraudulent activity stops, or it falls off after a year, or will it just stop in 6 years so I will be 22 turning 23 as I am 17 now0

That's not surprising, your account has been used for fraud and you have no evidence that anybody except yourself did it.
If you have any such evidence - for example, you reporting the loss of your phone and subsequent fraud to police - then it's in your interests to send it to your (former) bank to see if they will be lenient. Until you do this, or until the marker drops off, you will find that the Cat6 marker is basically credit repellent.
You probably won't have trouble getting a student loan due to the marker, at least for the tuition fee portion; you will have difficulty getting a maintenance loan because you won't have a bank account to pay the funds into. Mobile phone contracts will be similarly out of bounds. General consumer contracts, for example holidays, airlines, trains or online shopping, are unlikely to search CIFAS and thus will be unlikely to be off limits to you.urs sinserly,

You are having a laugh, right?Do you think I will be able to start forex trading with the company IML?
Perhaps you should get into binary trading too, with a side portion of crypto and perhaps some 8% bonds for fun as well.
Or maybe just try to find your way back to the real world....0 -

No. Also why the f*ck would you want to?
You're 16, for a start. And you have a CIFAS marker for fraud, which you've not even tried to pretend since your original post that you weren't involved in. Weird that.urs sinserly,
