Leasehold flat with attic space - who owns the attic?

We are in the process of buying a 1st floor Warner flat, which is leashold (122 years left). This flat has it's own front door and access to the attic is only by entering our property.
They only section in the lease that mentions anything to do with the attic is this:
It is hereby declared, that one half of the depth of the joints between the floors of the upper masionette and the ceilings of the lower masionette and the external walls above this level and the roof, are included in the demise.
Could this mean that the attic is included in the sale? Nothing else is mentioned only that a Licence is required for building erections.
