Buy It Now not working.. adding to basket instead

My sisters having trouble with her ebay, shes had some messages from a regular buyer from france who says they are unable to buy as when he selects 'Buy It Now' it just adds to basket instead of actually buying the item.


The buyer has bought previously a lot with no problems, just seems to be having this issue last few days, No settings have been on her end and ebay live chat was no help.


Items are multi variant listings but all same as what has been previously sold before.

Buyer doesnt want to use the basket option and just wants to work though her items using the buy it now and a combined total etc


I don't know what to suggest to get this working again.
Anyone else had this issue?

Yeh ive had a try to buy it just goes to the normal ebay checout not added to a basket... its strange
