Hi everyone,
If any suggestion have for me please.
On 20/02/18 I was fired after 13 months working for company.
I was complain to area manager he contacted me after 2 weeks saying I was still in employment he needs to investigate what happen . 21/02/18 he offer me back to work I reject because of health issues and could not work with same people after too much stress. He terminated my employment on 21/02/18 but backdated leaving date 20/01/18 and did not pay me nothing for 5 weeks while I was in employment and unable to apply for benifit or start another job nor notice period.payment and any holiday entitlment 2016/2017. I contacted ACAS and was offered COT3 worth 130£. I applied for benefit and was rejected lost worker status temporarly unable to work because of illness.
I sent twice signed COT3 to employer, he signed 5 weeks ago but still did not pay me, ACAS keep saying me they will contact me and everything is on hold. I am without income since February.
Thanks

You are missing massive amounts here.
How did your dismissal come about? Were you off sick?0 -
As I understand it, albeit it is difficult to work out what you are saying, you were never entitled to benefits, so what the employer did or did not do appears to be irrelevant to that. It would also appear to be questionable whether you still have the right to work in the UK - that would be an added complication. If ACAS are saying they will contact you, then that is what will happen. It is rather unusual for them to say that something is "on hold", and if that is what they are saying, then they may be looking into questions that have been raised.
£130 isn't exactly going to bank roll a lavish lifestyle - you've been out of work and without income since January, and you were posting about all this two months ago. It's now July. What are you living off, and how are you going to get back into work? I would have thought that securing an income would be at least as important, if not more so, than chasing a small amount of money for which you have been given an explanation by ACAS. They will contact you when the have news.0
