Even if that agreement was binding, which it probably isn!!!8217;t, it doesn!!!8217;t include the two passengers who can still bring Pi claims. They weren!!!8217;t party to any agreement between you and the taxi driver and are a different legal entity.0

I asked the driver about the passengers and he said they are foreigner from U. S. A and not UK residents. He was dropping them to the airport.0
