Set in 80 acres of parkland near Dawlish Warren, Cofton Holidays has released five chic Georgian apartments, each freshly refurbished with cool and contemporary styling for the summer season.
Located within the elegant Eastdon House, the apartments have received a chic makeover from interior designer Julie Jeffery. With two and three bedroom apartments available, guests can enjoy space and a touch of luxury during their stay in this scenic corner of South Devon.

The spacious holiday apartments feature light and airy living and dining areas furnished with elegant dining tables and chairs, comfy sofas, coffee tables and 55” TVs. Each apartment enjoys impressive views of the rolling countryside, Exe Estuary and Dawlish Warren, and are decorated in modern grey tones.

Bedrooms are furnished with super king size beds, double beds or singles individually made up with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen. Further touches include beautiful wall mirrors, handy dressing tables, rainfall showers and framed paintings of the Devon coastline.

Each comes with chic kitchens, free wi-fi and complimentary pool passes for the indoor pool at the main holiday park, just two miles away.
Woodland walks take you to the main site where you can enjoy a host of award-winning facilities and entertainment. Alternatively, if the kids are tired or the sun isn’t shining, you can hop in the car and be there in under five minutes.
