Universal Credit switch from Live to Full service

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone else has had experience of this as i am so worried now.
I have been claiming universal credit on the live service since late 2016, i have always got my payments on time and never had problems.. until now.
I am a single mum to 4, one of my children is disabled and recieves DLA and i am his registered carer and recieve CA, the rest of my money except child benefit is paid as universal credit.
This morning i recieved two letters one that stated 'get ready to switch to the new universal credit online service' and then another that stated i need to do this switch now and it needed to be completed by the 5/7 or my payments and claim may be stopped/closed which is fine but the 5th was 2 days ago as its now the 7th and this is the first i have heard this was happening.
I obviously cant phone them till Monday so I went on the website and did what it asked me to anyway so i could prove i did it as soon as i was aware however on completion of the new form when i check next payment it now says its due in August and i can apply for an advance if i dont have enough to cover my bills like i had to when i first claimed UC back in 2016.
Now I am so stressed out because i should have been getting my July payment but now that looks like its not going to be there when its due and i dont know what to do as that means i will have to miss a full months worth of money and have no money for bills or food for over a month and will build up 8 weeks rent arrears between my last UC payment and this new one.
I know advances are an option but i dont want to have to do that i have recently got myself out of debt and now i dont want to have to pay back the advance every month just to cover what this months payment should of covered anyway.
Has anyone been through this switching over from the live service to full? or know anything about how it works?
I know the best thing to do is phone them but i cant until Monday and now im am very worried i dont have any money this month.
Sorry if this is long and thank you for reading.

It might be all ok. It is just a transfer in computer systems, but they need you to set up the online account version, which you have done.
Give the number on the letter a call on Monday and check this. But I think your July payment may be processed on the old system. The new system claim says August because that is the first payment on the new online claim.
I can't see that they would leave you without one months payment in the way you describe.
What telephone number is on the letter ? Just to make sure you phone the correct number. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -

I may be mistaken but wasn't aware that the 'live' system could handle more than 2 children. Are 2 of them older and you are losing their part of UC?Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

The dates on the full service system will show as if it was a new claim until manually adjusted by DWP staff. They will be switched to match your live service payment date.
Just make sure you phone the number you are given to book an appointment as you need to go into the jobcentre and have all your ID checked again. If I'm right your payment is due some time in two weeks? So should be time to get this all sorted before then even though you got / actioned the letter late.0 -
I was on old system untilb2 weeks ago when had to transfer to online service so I did as directed but my account doesn't say I'm eligible nor when next payment due which is on the 13th Dec 2018 I used journal to contact coach who has said im still in assessment period and until that ends it won't show any payments due or if eligible..so I replied and stated my period is 6th to 7th following month and paid 13th every month so why am I still in assessment period as I already had a running claim that has been moved to this service also why do I not have an option to request advance payment let alone any details of when next payment due which would mean I have an active claim already geuss what 24hrs and still no reply from them what should I do thanks0
