If the LL is informing some people and not others / you for whatever reason, can't you have a communal board or just someone leave a note on the fridge or similar when they are informed someone is coming. You'll then see said note and if it's an issue can contact LL.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

OP, why not do a house-swap for a month with a tenant who genuinely has a terrible landlord?

What a fabulous idea for a channel 5 series...tenant swap,it would be right up there with slum landlords and strange tenants or whatever the series is.
