TOTO Energy

Beware. Cold called Monday 25 June by Currys and persuaded to Switch Gas and Electric from EDF variable to fixed rate saving about £30 pm...later checked customer reviews and decided to cancel but never received cooling off notice so wrote my own ans sent by e-mail and post. Now bombarding me with automated e-mails and telephone calls. Be wary.

You should be stronger when cold called.

Never sign up for anything from a cold call until you have checked everything out first

I do not answer the phone except:

    A. I know the number.

    B. I am expecting a call.

Anyone is free to leave a message if they are a legitimate caller.

    Why do people do otherwise?
