I was sorting through old paperwork and came across the agreement for a Mercedes i'd purchased a few years back on PCP.
Glad I checked as hidden in the small print it said I was paying for PPI.
I had no knowledge of this as I would never normally take out PPI so I wish to claim it back but who the hell do I actually contact about this?
Google is not helpful, just returning a list of people to help me claim PPI or Mercedes garages.
Thanks!

You send your complaint to the dealer who sold the PPI to you.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

I finally found a complaints email address - mbfsresolutions@daimler.com - and they have sent me a form to fill out.
Fingers crossed !0 -

That appears to belong to the finance company and not the dealer. Remember that you must complain to the one that sold you the PPI. That was the dealer in the vast majority of cases.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
