Sorry for the late reply , ive been having a ding dong on here all day in another post i started on a topic about right to buy in the housing bit. Unreal !! lol Wish some of them were so helpful and polite as this thread lol Anyway:-
I just googled it ( gunna do the same steps now again as im typing to you)
1. Googled Roadchef
2.Went to the Contact us section
Scrolled down, seen the contact us bit and i thought no that wont do it, scrolled passed the postal bit and thought no, past the media contact bit , thought no. came to the Commercial Enquires bit, seen a number for a Senior Commercial manager, thought that sounds abit more like it, Rang and politely said.....im not sure if ive come to the right deparment but maybe you could possibly help.. They said yes, what with etc...... i explained, even telling her id had a heated exchange with a site manager, i told her i even swore , which i did. and said the registered keepers vehicicle didnt read any of the signs and being ill was more pressing. didnt dispute the size, amount of signs only my disgust and unfairness at the charge, the time it happened, and my right to reasonable adjustment and what is reasonable adjustment, said i would take it further mps etc. After a decent chat she took it on board to cancel it herself

Not even sure it was cancelled on the grounds of disabillity descrimination to be fair. I did add i wasnt happy being told to just walk to the 24hr onsite wh smiths which was passed on the way in anyway and not noticed, as it was find the furthest away space in an empty car park for rest. I argued using basically just Moral Logical Reasoning that its a scam and unfair. Did add stuff like High way code say to Find the nearest , safest spot, pull over, Rest and continue safely

Sent her my charge number and reg , nothing else , only what she requested to her email as requested. i followed this up bu a 2nd email saying thank you again and saying i hope you find all required and if not please dont hesitate to contact me via email. going to give it a few days , then email again asking for an update and further confirmation of cancellation. Will do the appeal to CP PLus using template adding what you suggested Then M.P to complain next

To add, at no stage did i tell her my name, my address, who was driving. Only what happened. I did not add my name or address in any email. only what was requested . My Charge Number, My Reg. All they have is my email address as i even went all Mission Impossible and 141 'd it before i called them lol

A few years back, i had an issue with Virgin, i tried something similar and it worked. Googled Virgin, skipped passed all the usual contacts. went abit deeper , found the names of some top dudes. No numbers for them obviously, no surprise there lol Choose some director or something cant quite remember to be fair but he was up there. Rang head office, got through to his secretary to my surprise after being transfered. Spoke to her politely and briefly again in my poshest voice , kind of in a way someone who he was expecting to ring would. Politely asked for him, She said hang on i'll just try his office now and Bosh i was straight through to him and issue resolved It wasnt Richard though lol id of been on for hours if he'd let me hahahah

We also tell people if going back to a retailer to complain about a scum PPC, to dress smartly, and I always tell people to wear their 'office/smart' shoes if complaining on the phone! Same logic as your posh voice...

You have missed the NEWBIE sticky and instead found a thread from July 2018 that is nothing to do with your issue.  If you had seen and read the NEWBIE sticky and it does say "READ THESE FIRST" you would have seen all the advice you need and, in particular, in the second post of that thread, advice about how and where to submit a SAR.
