    Out of fairness I can see what mrkjd is getting at, but unless you're prepared to make your case at the point of sale then the consequential loss is going to be deemed negligible (and that's completely ignoring the concept of compo for something that didn't happen) On the face of it the supermarkets bought the products in good faith, Greenyard bought the produce in good faith, so the only potential sanction could come from the FSA to whomever in the food chain is proven to be negligent
