Hi Guys
I have recently received a form from FSCS and there are a couple of questions in which they would like me to answer but I am not too sure or even remember what they are asking?
Please describe below (in your own words) why you are making this claim?
Do you feel the policy Terms & Conditions were [properly explained to allow you to make an informed decision? Explain why?
