Curtain Measurements

Hi there,
I am trying to get some curtains for my new house, but am finding it a struggle as I have never purchased any before. With blinds it was easy, just width and length of window.
My window is 2.65m wide and 2.07m down or long.
Just an example, these curtains in the M&S sale have a max width of 165cm/1.65m. Is this per curtain meaning a pair would be 3.3m wide?

Any help would be great, as this is new to me. My last place had blinds and I never had to order them!

I think that is per curtain.
In which case you need 4 of the 135 x 229s
I don't think 2 of the 165 x 229s would give you enough 'fullness'.0 -
The curtain measurement is for a pair of curtains, each of the size quoted. So in your M&S case, there are two curtains 165cm each.
To measure for curtains, use the Dunelm guide, it's easy to understand.

The width will be determined by how "full" you want the curtains.0 -
Thanks both, will take a look at the guide.0
