We had not read reviews beforehand and had the misfortune to order a summerhouse from Kybotech Limited (Billy Oh). Problems occurred when our builder tried to order from them which caused weeks of delay. When it finally arrived they sent the wrong panels which were different dimensions which meant the partly built construction had to be dismantled. Then we noticed the poor quality, damaged tongue and groove, split wood, warped beams, full of knots and so on. We rejected this summerhouse as not fit for purpose and demanded a refund. Collection was supposed to be 3 to 5 days, still waiting for it to be collected weeks later! Now we are told they charge for collecting returned items! Surely this can't be right? With hours spent on the phone to these people, each person giving a different answer to questions, plus the delay, stress and the fact that we have to retain our builder costing more money. Then we need him to erect a new summerhouse from another more reputable company, we feel they should refund in full and give us compensation! Your advice and comments would be greatly appreciated. Pleas read reviews before using this company.Thanks.

If your builder ordered it then it's between him and the supplier. As he is a business (even as a sole trader) then rights per the Consumer Rights Act / Consumer Contracts Regulations are somewhat different - certain aspects can be contracted out. (Although the Reasonable quality / Fit for purpose parts still apply so I believe).
Ultimately it's between the seller and the purchaser - if that wasn't you then you can't get involved.0
