  • Does anyone know about this first hand?

A friend of mine has attended one of these meetings and frankly everything she mentions sounds odd... and familiar!

    Bump!!!

When I was with my hairdresser today she showed me the video of how this scheme works but I can't find anything recent on this company.
I let her recommend me and just gave basic details to sign up. Seems a good way to just even get cashback from shopping at Asda which I do regularly anyway. She has been in it for 3 months and has made about £90+ so far, for free. Obviously if I had to pay any money up front I would run a mile, but apart from the 'pyramid' side of it, it seems to be money for free. I think my friend has had good benefit from it as she is Polish and it is quite big over there, but hasn't taken off as much in the UK yet.
I haven't clicked on the 'confirm' email yet, so haven't activated anything as yet. It did bother me when she mentioned going to the seminar, and how her husband and herself could talk me through it if there were things I didn't understand. Smacked a bit of a 'hard sell' to me, but as I say, as you don't have to pay any money up front, is there any harm in giving it a go?
BTW, I have known her for a couple of years and she is very level headed and always looking for ways to save money which was why I let her give me the whole spiel in the first place.

Thank you very much. That was very helpful. Have to say I had already read through the MSE thread on it but am surprised that there is not more on the forums about it.
    For anyone else looking t
at the links given above, I have to say that the HTH blog is definitely the most informative.
Needless to say, I will be telling my friend that I am not going to participate. She is in the 'evangelist' mode at the mo, as she has been to one of the seminars and personally met the founder. It did smack of a 'cult' type thing to me, but did seem like a decnt idea where you don't have to pay anything up front. Interesting that I got a text from her yesterday, saying that I have to purchase £180 of vouchers through them before I can get the 'free' cash back card.
I told her about Topcashback which has given me hundreds over the past couple of years...........straight into my account and I haven't needed to recruit anyone else to see my money.
I think the most telling thing, was when someone pointed out that people already involved, have to pay a fee to introduce new (victims), sorry, guests. Surely the company should pay them for all the free advertising and recruiting they do!!

  • It is a genuine loyalty program, free to join and makes you money every month.
I have been with them for 6 months now and all my purchases has been calculated, all money transferred to my bank account.
I have also used the card abroad and it seems to be first loyalty program that works across the Europe!
Its seems to be complicated at the beginning therefore less smart people will need more time to get the idea.
Needles to say its growing, from 8k to 14k members so its 75% growth in 6 months!
The money does not come from a registering a new members but from shopping. Program works and pays out without a necessity of new people joining.

    Now you have 2 choices:

    1. Wait a couple of years time and see
2 Join for free, try it out and get money back on every purchase

    Thank you ;-)
  • i have used Lyoness for a few months now and i love it. Not only i have made money from it - my family make a living from this alone... great stuff. if you are considering anything extra - well worth a look!!

    Interesting thread. http://mlmtheamericandreammadenightmare.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/lyoness-is-lie-and-hubert-freidl-is-its.html

Always a bit worrying seeing posters on here suggest opportunities are ok when they may have not researched them to well.
