Help with Column Radiators

We would like to replace our living room radiators with column radiators to give more character.

Our current radiator sizes in the living room are:
1050mm x 520mm
850mm x 520mm

The closets sizes for column heaters I have found are:
Acova 2-Column Horizontal 600mm x 1042mm
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153018282316

Acova 3-Column Horizontal 600mm x 812mm
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153018282316

Buying from eBay because from ScrewFix and B&Q, these are about £230 each

How do I get these to fit the piping work? They pipes go straight to the laminate floor. Is there anything I need to buy additionally?
What valves would suit these?

Thank you!

I fitted several of those in our house. I used standard TRVs and adapted the existing pipe work using standard pipe fittings.

    1. Check the heat output of the existing radiators. Determine if they are singles or doubles, and whether they have "fins" between or behind the panels. Look up similar type / size radiators to get and approximate heat output.
    2. Check the heat output of the new radiators. If less than the existing, your room may be cold.
    3. As stated above, you can make up differences in pipe centre to wall distances, and valve centre to valve centre distances, with bits of pipe and standard fittings. BUT
    4. If the distances are small, it may prove difficult or even impossible to make up sufficiently small extensions.
    5. The above supposes you are using soldered copper connectors. Compression of push fit fittings are bulkier, and make it even more difficult to accommodate small differences.
    6. What you will need depends entirely on what you have to construct. I'd suggest you allow for a metre of pipe and 4 90 degree or 45 degree elbows per radiator.
    7. Standard TRV's will work fine with the radiators you are looking at. If you want a more traditional appearance look on the internet for traditional / old style radiator valves.
