Ebay Search alert emails (not requested!)

About a month ago, I started to get a lot more ebay search result email notifications than I should.
They were old ones which were previously set as disabled. (not someone elses).
(It's like they had restored an old backup)
I managed to turn some of them off, be pressing the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
However, when I do this on some of them, it says:
I went into saved searches on the ebay site, and these ones are not there, so I can't turn them off!
Anyone else had this ?
