i get pip, and my partner works as a auxilary nurse (dont know pc name for it now) would we be entitled to help with rent and council tax, as partner pays full rent and council tax monthly, which takes a lot out of her wages monthly

That would depend on your total income, wages and benefits. PIP is ignored as income.0
