Your case was reviewed by an ombudsman and rejected.
Even if the FCA review some of the adjudicators (which was what the programme was about) there is no reason for them to look at the ombudsman decisions.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I appreciate your input and it may also be that I was mislead by the adjudicator and that has made matters worse for me.:(
