Request for judgement and reply to admission

I have been processing a case through MCOL. The status now shows as:


Mr xxxxxxxxx filed an acknowledgment of service on 19/04/2018


You submitted a judgment against Mr xxxxxxxxxx on 17/06/2018 at 09:54:01


Your judgment against Mr xxxxxxxxx was issued on 18/06/2018 at 19:11:09


I submitted the judgement after there was no defence issued. I wish to instruct baliffs, but the only document I can see is titled 'Request for judgement and reply to admission'. Is this the same as an actual judgement or what would be the next steps to access that judgement. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but Im finding it all very confusing and google doesn't seem to be providing me any answers.

The 'request for judgment and reply to admission' is the form you would issue to request judgment (also known as a CCJ).

It form is not the judgment itself. The actual judgment will look something like this: https://www.bankruptcyadvice-online.co.uk/img-external/gallery/judgement-for-claimant-lowell-portfolio.jpg

You will need the actual judgment to instruct bailiffs. It might be worth contacting MCOL/HMCS if you don't have it.
