Student loan question

I’m hoping to go to university to study as an osteopath. If I never earn over 25k, is it really true that no money at all needs repaid?
And after 30 years it’s wiped off completely?
If I move and live in USA will I still be liable to pay back my loan, just salary depending?

All true, you pay your loan wherever you live in the world though each country has its own income level to work out payments.0 -
