MSE News: Switchable smart meter roll-out could be delayed AGAIN

I don't want or need a Smart meter, but am going to be forced into paying for this fiasco through increased energy bills, What a typical British government "initiative" kokup. There is no collective effort to research and investigate the right way to do anything in this country, from the top down. Brexit is going to expose us to the results of incompetence and inefficiencies at many levels of government and business. Carillion and the Rail companies, were just harbingers of what is to come. I despair for the future of my grandchildren.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

Being an old cynic, one wonders whether the old boy network has influenced the situation because certain CEOs are getting uncomfortable with the potential cost write offs associated with warehouses full of incompatible SMETS 1 meters.:D
So basically they are SME[STRIKE](T)[/STRIKE]G-HEEEADS!!! then. The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!
