Redundacy query, interviews?

Are you allowed 40% of your timetable off to attend interviews? Is this standard redundancy procedure?

I need to read my paperwork this evening, but this is something that's been mentioned to me today...

Thanks

I don't know what you mean by timetable. If you've worked for your company for more than two years then they should pay you up to 40% of a week’s pay to cover your time off during your notice period,.

That is, two paid days off in total assuming a five day week. You may not be paid if taking more time than this.
