Full Chimney Stack Removal

Hi all,

Tried searching the forum but could only find older threads which didn't quite cover it.

We're looking to buy a 1930s semi-detatched house which has a full chimney stack running through an internal (supporting) wall. It is not a party wall.

We'd be looking to remove the downstairs wall containing the breast and therefore the full chimney stack, including above-roof (if gallows supports aren't an option).

Anyone got any insight in to an indicative cost for this type of job? Full breast removal on ground and first floors, removal of the above-roof stack, and insertion of (presumably) an RSJ in the downstairs area where the wall has been removed.

Thanks in advance
