I was injured badly during a pedicure and it has taken nearly three months for my wound to heal. I would like to sue the firm but not sure how to proceed. Do I need a personal injury lawyer? And if so, are there any recommendations? Thanks

See a legal professional of your own choosing or get a recommendation from friends or family.0 -
How 'badly'? Did you suffer any financial loss? In all honesty a foot injury which completely healed in 3 months doesn't sound all that serious, it's likely even if you were entitled to anything it would be minimal. Unless of course it meant you couldn't work (maybe you're a foot model or something) then you may have a case.0

Was it through negligence or a simple accident? what was the company/individuals response when they injured you?
Im no lawyer, and this is never going to be a million dollar case, I'm just wondering how worth it to you it will be?0 -
Someone trimming your talons and caught you with the tin snips, hardly a life changing injury. How badly injured were you?0
