13.a.!The grand prize will be provided by The Berkeley Hotel, and will include a spa day and overnight stay for two sharing a room. The spa prize voucher is valid for 12 months from voucher start date. Advance reservations are essential and subject to availability. The voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
