I should have won a case of wine worth £80 !!

Get this: I've just by coincidence realised that I've won the following competition:

E: 30/9 Susmans caption comp, Win a case of wine worth £80

I saw the companies newsletter, stating my name, saying I've won this competition. :j I definitely entered it - but I never got a prize, not a phone call, not an e-mail, not a letter - nothing!

So I guess I should e-mail them....?!:money:

Email them or better still try and find a contact phone number and ring as they can't ignore a phone call!

Ok, I've just rung them, firstly the lady I spoke told me that I didn't win, saying it went to somebody else. I explained that I recognise my name on the newsletter which clearly states I am the winner.
She then apologised and said she was looking at an older competition...So she congratulated me etc and said the boss will e-mail me to confirm everything. She didn't explain why I wasn't informed about my win - I didn't ask though....
I shall let you know once I have those booze on my doorstep! CHEERS everyone.
