Odd situation with prospective buyers

    What the buyer does with the property after he has bought it is irrelevant really - he buys it, you sell it, you move on.

    I think the main concerns are about how flaky the buyer might be due to the unusual way the purchase has been set up.

    Yes, I have rejected the offer and he has said he is not going to increase his offer.

    Thanks Kinger, that's exactly my point. I just think it's such an odd situation that gives me concerns about dealing with this guy (before he even put the offer in). Just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone has experienced anything similar.

    If your property is worth twice Fred!!!8217;s property he is obviously looking to recoup that by picking up a bargain.

    That said I agree with what others have said, if you!!!8217;re not getting offers your house is overpriced or unattractive to buyers for whatever reason, have you reviewed why?
