Luton Airport...APCOA & QDR Soliitors.....Court Next?....

Good evening all,
Just wondering if anyone has dealt with QDR solicitors before in terms of fighting a parking charge notice at an airport? Luton in this case.
Have read the newbies posts but still unsure of where I stand in terms of appealing this Parking Charge Notice. Looking at the letter it originates from a company called APCOA, dating back to 04/02/2017 so over a year ago. I have tried to attemp to appeal with online on APCOA but it advsies it has now been passed on.
To keep it simple, first time flying at luton airport, saw a oppertunity to pull over on the side, did so, got my bag then person dropping me drove off. Do I now have wait for a notice for court in order to fight this or should I write a letter back? Any help is much apprciated
Letter word for word below,
Parking Event: Dropping off or picking up outside designated areas
Balance £162.00
We have been instructed by ZZPS limited who are acting on behalf of APCOA PARKING (UK) LTD in connection with the recovery of the dept, which has been incurred following the failure to repay the parking charge notice, and we require you to make payment in full within the next 14 days.
Failure to make payment in full or contact us to discuss repayment of this debt may result in us recommending to our client that we pass this matter over to out litigation department. This may mean they will look to obtain a county court judgement (CCJ).
The possible impacts of having a CCJ registered against you are:
Negatively impact your credit rating
Prevent future lending
Affect current employment or future prospects of employment
Enables enforcement action to commence, such as obtaining an attachment of earnings, placing a charge on your property or applying for a warrant of execution ( instructing a bailiff)

Have you read the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum?
You need to understand the game you are now caught up in
You are too late for appeals
See #4 in the FAQ for advice on debt collectors letters
Ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence
In the unlikely event that this happens come back for advice on how to deal with this at the time0 -
the land will probably come under bylaws , as such APCOA would struggle to bring a case , only the landowner could do this , ignore debt collectors , http://www.parkingappeals.info/companydata/APCOA_Parking_UK.html
ps : the land owner must do this within 6 mths0 -

Hardly decisive, is it. More 'mays' than Theresa's family!Failure to make payment in full or contact us to discuss repayment of this debt may result in us recommending to our client that we pass this matter over to out litigation department. Only if the following applies:The possible impacts of having a CCJ registered against you are:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You'd be the first seen on here ever, from useless APCOA!
Search the forum for:
APCOA Luton
then another search
QDR
and tell me where you ever ever see a thread where QDR do anything! CLUE: there are none.
That letter is horribly misleading though; not only do QDR never sue for parking firms (this is JUST a scary but toothless debt collecotor threatogram!) but their description of a company being able to just 'look to obtain a CCJ' against a consumer, like you can pluck one off the shelf, is utterly false.
I would report QDR to the SRA for good measure, whilst ignoring CRAPCOA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
