Not 100% sure, but it looks like they have awarded the first prize to the "first person to get the the answer right" and as far as I can see, that person's answer was 39
(39th Minute would make it Lampard's disallowed goal v Germany in 2010. The ball - with a dark circle on it - is the same type used in 2010.)
