Got a leaflet in the mail with a code for 30% off. Great, thinks I!
Go add some stuff to my basket, go to check out and the 30% hasn't been applied to everything.
I email them, asking what things are eligible, as it makes no mention on the voucher I got. In the meantime I purchase the things it has applied the discount to.
They reply saying I have used the voucher perfectly.
I beat my head against the keyboard and take a screenshot of a basket of bras with a discount of £0.00 added, and ask about them.
They say I have to place the order, then they will apply the discount.
I am very skeptical. If the items I've picked aren't eligible, I don't want them! I also don't want credit with them, or anything like that. I just want 30% off, at the time of ordering!
