No response from appeal, but now debt collectors.

In which case, you are overthinking!My concern is that G24 could deny the appeal happened at all, and it would look like the whole thing was ignored from the beginning.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Perhaps you can look at it a different way. No one is telling you to ignore. All they are saying is that you wait to reply to something that needs to be replied to. Nothing so far needs you to do anything other than file.
If you feel the need to reply, the standard lawyer's response of "We acknowledge receipt of your letter of xx/xx/xx and note its contents". Nothing else needed
Or you could amend this one to suit
