Bendy window cleaning pole for bay window?

We have bay a window with an opening centre pane and fixed side panes.
We employ a man with a telescopic pole/water system to do them monthly, but ib the meantime, a seagull has pooed on one of the side panes.
How can we 'reach round' to clean it off??
I suggested to Mrs B that I hold on to her legs and dangle her out, but she isn't keen!!!!
