There is no time written in law and significant inconvenience isn't going to come into play for a TV, especially when they have other TV's in the house.
[FONT="]I worked for Curry’s as a TV Engineer; I left 12 years ago to work with Subsea Equipment.[/FONT]

Result.
After currys have had the tv for 2 months I went back in to be told it would be back tommorrow.
I informed them it was rejected after the last failed repair, after much haggling and to get rid of me they gave me a full refund.
As I pointed out to them it was the least they could do as they had the tv for over 3 months.
