grumpycrab - thanks.
As this is third party software, do I be concerned about any privacy issues?0 -
They look ok to me. But do your own research.

I tried the software extension today, the person read my email but wasn't shown on my email. It worked between us partners for testing but when used today between external person and me, it didn't work.
Another software I could try?

Various options here, but I don't know if they are any good.

This whole process falls flat if the recipient is using a mail client that disallows a read receipt to be sent. Gmail can be also read on such a client.
Pixel detection will also fail if the mail client prevents attachments or embedded graphics from opening by default.0
