Hello
We have recently moved into a new house with a large decking (grooved) area that has been painted but now flaking. Any advise of how to clean it and repaint over this. we are keeping it the same colour. Can we use hot water and fairy liquid to clean it before painting?
Whats best stains, oil or paint?
