I have an IN to report: MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study. Was in Selfridges buying birthday gifts for Emma and thought I!!!8217;d just swatch these then thought what the hell treat myself. All my eyeshadows are creasing though so maybe the Lemon Aid I!!!8217;ve been using for years is now too thick.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

2 UUs:
Superdrug hot cloth cleanser. HG, replaced with one in stash.
Ferne Cotton mauve lip crayon - WBA, nice colour and wear. It also lasted ages and I would still be using it if it hadn't accidentally landed in my bin whilst I was putting it on this morning. Note to self, close the bin lid when doing your make up.
No ins - I did have a basket of products to purchase online on superdrug but I'm going to wait for the one of the products to run out first before replacing.0 -
1 UU
250ml Pixi Glow Tonic 4/68
WBA have done so, but opening Zelens PHA+Bio-Peel pads next (these came in 1 of the 2 Caroline Hirons/Cult Beauty boxes that I bought with gift money quite a while back). Going to open 2 cleansers from them as soon as current ones finished. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
Hello ladies!
Another UU: Nivea Soft Hand Cream. WIBA? It was OK. Cheap as chips, so I can't really expect more. It was thick enough and refreshing on the hands in this warm weather.
And OMG - do I have a confession to make! I felt that my toiletries cupboard was a bit out-of-control and that I couldn't find things as easily as I wanted so I spent a few hours making a spreadsheet tonight. I can't say it's a shock but I definitely found a few things I didn't realise I had as they were inaccessible and the moisturisers have been breeding in there!
I'll post a list once I've had the chance to catalogue the stuff on the top, the things in use in the bathroom and bedroom as well (not worried about them but I'm a completest!) and worst of all, the make-up (I don't wear it every day so it tends to breed as well).
The vast majority of it is just duplicates of things that I actually use and are HG products so I can't complain too much - it's not like before I did the challenge - but with gifts etc. it's amazing how many products you can accumulate without meaning to.
High ho, high ho...back to decluttering I go!Please call me 'Pickle'

I broke my no buy the other day. It was going so well and I just caved after a bad day at work and bought a few items from The Body Shop online. So I have 3 INs to report:
The Body Camomile Cleansing Butter 90ml
The Body Shop Almond Milk & Honey Cream Scrub 250ml
The Body Shop Shea Nourishing Body Butter 200ml
I have missed the Camomile Cleansing Butter since I finished it. I'm using the Oskia Cleansing Gel at the minute, and whilst it's nice, I prefer the Camomile Cleansing Butter. And I wanted some more Shea Body Butter. And the Cream Scrub is something new to try.0 -
11 GAs to my sister:
6 lipsticks - I found I had 18 (!) lipsticks which had just been swatched or not even opened, so let her take any she wanted. Nothing fancy, mainly Rimmel, Nyx and Revlon. Still leaves me with 24 of my own.
2 sheet masks, bought a mixed pack but it turns out I hate sheet masks. Sticking to the sort in tubes and pots in future.
3 Max Factor eyeliners, all with original seals. These were black and blue, not my colours.
I do worry slightly that I'm just increasing her makeup stash, although we have swapped both ways in the past.
Starting to see the tiniest bit of progress with the lipstick I'm panning (a Clinique mini), and staying strong on No Buy July, although really missing the HG products I finished off earlier in the month.0 -
Two UUs this evening:
Superdrug Pro Care Whitening Floss Tape 40m WBA. This was nice and cheap and does what I need it to do. I still prefer the Satin Tape by Oral B.
Pyunkang Yul Moisture Ampoule sample 1.5ml WMB. This was nice but very sticky which is not what I was expecting. My cheeks felt very dry so I'm using this to see if it helps. I shall see in the morning how my skin reacts.
And my stash is down to 96 items now. I'm working my way through items and repurposing some that don't agree with the skin on my face.0 -
uu
Bliss Grapefruit & Aloe Body Butter 200ml - really lovely, sinks in quickly and smells great, no lasting moisturisation really though.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
Fashion on the Ration 28/660 -
I forgot that the other day I finished the tube of handcream that I bought from Sainsburys - I think the brand is Skin Knowledge or something. Awful product. Smelt like synthetic strawberries.
