My Avon glimmerstick has broken in the packaging, it still winds up and down but sometimes falls out, I don't even really like black eyeliner. What should I do? Carry on with it or chuck it out.

Chuck it. Usually when this happens to me the whole of the product falls out anyway. I only wear black eyeliner and love the Kat von D Tattoo liner in Trooper.

    One UU tonight:

Paula's Choice Resist Weightless Advanced Toner 118ml WMBA but not sure. This was nice and my skin feels smooth after using it, but I could probably save myself money for something else and not repurchase this.

I've pulled an Essie colour called Eclair My Love into rotation and will use next. Am wearing OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons at the mo that I'm panning. Can see into the bottle which is a sign that it's getting to the bottom. Have seen that one of my favourite YouTubers has made a video on how to get all lacquer out of a bottle and may have a go. I clearly need to get out more !!

Am wearing this today and it is gorgeous.

    Updated PP list:-

    Flore Mare eye cream
    No 7 cuticle cream
[STRIKE]Bath and Body Works shower gel[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Loccitane shampoo[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Elemis PCMC 15ml[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE] Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish 200ml
Primark Pomegranate and Black Tea hand wash
    [/STRIKE]Paco Rabanne Olympea
    Elemis Balancing Lime Blossom cleanser
Bath & Body Works hand cream in cucumber melon

L'Occitane shampoo gone. Am going to withstand repurchasing for now and see how I get on using Mane and Tail by itself.

Think my Olympea will be the next finished item for sure as I only have a couple of sprays left.

Urban Decay Easy blush from Gwen Stefani palette
    MAC Brave lipstick
Avon eyeshadow (from Warm Cashmere duo)
Urban Decay Darkhorse eyeshadow from Naked palette
Wet and Wild Contour duo - yellow powder only
    Benefit Boing concealer
    OPI mini.

The OPI mini will be Got Myself in a Jambalaya.

Think the blush will be done very soon as it has now shattered away from the palette and hopefully can be gone by the end of the week.

I only have one colour left in this palette then and I intend to use that and hopefully, at the rate it took to complete this one, have it finished by Christmas. I did pull another blush out to use in rotation with the UD Easy one - Laura Geller Sunswept - however I've decided to throw it away as it doesn't suit me anymore. Admittedly, I could only wear it in the past when I had a tan but it just seems way too glittery now. Life's too short to hang on to it for sentimentality's sake.

I'll also admit that I'm finding the MAC lipstick hard going and have also been using Bare Minerals Boss lip lacquer with UD Kinky lipgloss on top. Could see through the container of the BM one this morning.

My PP List for July is:

    [STRIKE]Lush Twilight Shower Gel 250g [/STRIKE]
    Cerave Hydrating Cleanser 236ml
Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish SPF50+ 55ml
[STRIKE]Paula's Choice Resist Weightless Advanced Toner 118ml [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Soltan Protect & Moisturise Mini Lotion SPF50+ 50ml[/STRIKE]
Superdrug Vitamin E Moisture Boost Serum 50ml

    My updated PP list :)
  • Two very sad UUs:
Armani power fabric foundation. This was amazing but horrifyingly expensive. Going to work through the two other liquid foundations I have before repurchasing (Mac ones so hardly slumming it!)
Dove Daily moisture 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner - my new HG.

Making good progress on the lipstick, blusher and eyeshadow I'm trying to pan - hope all will be gone by the end of the month (although that last bit of blusher is everlasting!)

Also 12 TAs which I won't list, but mostly things bought for the person I would like to be rather than the person I am: heat activated straightening treatments, foot masks, orange hair dye, white eyeliner, etc.

Still managing the No Buy July but haven't been to the shops much so just a case of avoiding temptation rather than resisting it.

    One UU tonight:

Boots Ingredients Sheet Face Mask Super Hyaluronic WNBA. This stung a bit on my skin. Would not recommend.

My bottle of Paco Rabanne Olympea has now been finished. I'm also working on finishing my bottle of Jo Malone Dark Amber and Ginger which is about a quarter full. Will rotate an accompanying fragrance in at the beginning of August too.

Think the cuticle cream will be gone next as I'm at the point where I have to scrunch the tube up to get product out.

    One UU this morning:

SVR Sun Secure Fluid SPF50+ 50ml WDBA and have. This is lovely. Great SPF with no Avobenzone in it and my skin enjoys it. I'm moving onto the Hydrating Milk SPF from the same range
