Ignore the debt collector letter.
Send a SAR by email to the PPC asking for all the data they hold on you/the car, including all photos taken and all letters sent (so you can be ready and will have seen their hand, if they do move towards a claim in 2019).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Now you come to mention it, I don't think they are actually saying anything more than the debt collectors letters really. Just that it has a solicitors letterhead instead of the debt collectors one. They seem to be just outlining the options open to their "client", ultimately Civil Court proceedings, and that I should make arrangements with DRP to make payment in full within 14 days. There are no reply forms. They also suggested places where I could take advice on this situation. But cunningly omitted to mention the MSE Forum !!!
As said, it's the incompetent Gladstones boys pimping out their letterhead again .... real solicitors would not blackball themselves like this
Want to know why they don't suggest MSE ????
(I am saying this, laughing my head off) ..... it's because we expose their rubbish and their scam IPC/IAS0 -
