Santander Statement

I have just downloaded my Santander credit card statement and the dates in the transaction details section are all displayed incorrectly. For May transactions the date is displayed as 5th and for June transactions the date is displayed as 6th.

Whilst being very strange the content is correct so I am not unduly worried. I will however be keeping a close eye on Santander as the next error may be more serious.

What format have you downloaded them in? PDF or other format?

What software are you using to view the transactions? May is the 5th month of the year; June is the 6th month of the year. It could be a display/format issue.

Thanks for the response. It is a PDF and it is just this month. Previous months have all been fine.

It is a mistake by Santander when they created the PDF of the statement. They are the ones that messed up the date format although I have never seen a standard format that displays 28th June 2018 simply as 6th.

I’ve checked mine and I’ve got the same issue. It’s a balance transfer card so only has one transaction a month (a payment) but it’s showing as the date of the 6th (DD taken on 22 June)
