I'm just starting to do twitter competitions and i have a few questions about them please.

1. Is it worth it? Do people win from twitter competitions?
2. How do i make sure i don't get banned for doing twitter competitions please?

    I've won quite a lot on Twitter - £1000 of perfume, a case of wine, a pushchair, bits n bobs. I tweet quite a lot of 'stuff' so my feed isn't full of comp entries
