Good afternoon,
I'm having a clear out and advertised a number of things on fb selling pages.
My messenger app is showing no new messages , however when I go onto Facebook there appears to be 9 messages. When I click through to messenger from fb, I can't see any messages. I know there is an 'others' folder somewhere but on both my phone and iPad , I can't find it.
Can anyone advise as to what I have to do? TIA

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for but on the PC I click the messages icon, then "message requests", "see filtered messages" & that's where messages from non-friends end up.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
