    Hello
    I have had a letter from BW legal to say they discontinued the legal claim that the file shall be closed immediately.
    I'm going to submit a letter to the court to say I still want my time spent on this reimbursed. 
    I have noticed the case on moneyclaim online is still there so I'm not sure if there is anything I need to do?

    Once the CCBC transfers a case to the hearing court MCOL plays no further part. I.e. it is not updated beyond that point.

    Just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped me with this :):) . I really appreciate all the help! While it has been a long journey I have definitely learnt a lot of new things along the way and now much wiser to the whole process. 

    For Info it was Norwich County Court being heard at Ipswich
