    I did NOT marry again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yet you have posted referring to 'your wife' - e.g. on 20 February 2015 'I ordered some roses for my wife for Valentines day from Asda, and was assured they would be delivered on Sat 14th. After waiting most of the day, I tried to contact Asda customer services, only to be told the only work Mon-Fri, rather silly I think.'

and on 20 March 2010: I had the good luck to win a BBC competiton, i.e. a 7 piece set of Cuisinart pans, the latest Eco range. According to the web site, the value is £250. Now I find I will have to sell them, wife bought a very good set just before Xmas!!.

So you'll see why those reading your posts on this thread are confused.

What do your children think of you potentially trying to make a claim on their recently deceased mother's estate?

Waste of time - there was a will and you have no legitimate reason to challenge it.

As you have not quoted the post you are answering I assume you are referring to the question of your marital status, so please clarify why you referred to buying flowers for your wife in an old threat but now claim you were never remarried.

No! you forget it and move on.

Unless you can prove that any of her estate was actually your property you don’t have a chance, and after all this time that is hardly possible.

You were not financially dependant on her so you don’t have a hope of getting anything down that route either.
