Entrants will only be eligible to win the Tier 1 prize if they are aged 18 years or older, are resident in the UK and hold a Mastercard card issued by a UK financial institution (!!!8220;Mastercard Cardholder!!!8221;). 6. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on Wednesday 25 July 2018.
7. The Promoter will contact all winners by telephone or email. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email and telephone connections during this time in case they are a winner.
8. The Tier 1 winner will be contacted by 11:59 on Friday 27 July, 2018 and must confirm acceptance of the prize. The Tier 1 winner must provide proof that they are a Mastercard Cardholder to the Promoter upon request. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The Tier 2 winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
11. There will be one Tier 1 prize and five Tier 2 prizes available to win. The prize packages are as follows:
Tier 1 Prize

A trip to Disneyland Paris for a family of 4 staying at the Disneyland Paris Hotel on 10th August 2018 to 12th August 2018.
Overnight accommodation for two adults and two children on Thursday 9 August 2018.

Tier 2 Prize

Five winners will each receive £250 Disney Store gift card.

12. The Tier 1 prize must be taken as one package.
13. The Tier 1 Winner and guests must travel at the same time at all times and depart from the same city. Travel will be on Thursday 9 !!!8211; Sunday 12 August 2018. Winners must be available to travel on these dates. UK overnight stay will be on Thursday 9 August 2018. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. Eurostar travel will be on Friday 10th August and Sunday 12th August 2018. Eurostar train travel will be from London St Pancras. Outbound Eurostar train is direct and will depart London at 10:14 arriving at Disneyland Paris at 14:03. Inbound Eurostar train is direct and will depart Disneyland Paris at 17:09 arriving in London at 18:47. Times are subject to change. Eurostar travel must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. Travel will be from London St Pancras International to Marne La Vall!e. Travel to the Eurostar terminal is not included. Accommodation at Disneyland Paris and park entrance will be provided by Mastercard and Disney. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
The prize does not include food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guests have a valid passport and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
14. All arrangements must be made via NDL and Mastercard, and bookings made independently will not be refunded. Once confirmed, a booking cannot be amended.
15. Tier 2 Disney Store gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions which can be found here.
16. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged in part, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
17. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and/or Mastercard.

Note that Disneyland Paris requires Children to be between the ages of 3 and 11 on the date of arrival. Children aged 12 and over are regarded as adults.
