I've got several items high value items I want to list so I'm waiting for the £1 or £3 max fees promo to come up again, is there any rhyme or reason when these are made available.

Rhyme or reason? With ebay?? I seem to get 'offers' at least once a month, usually for listings made on a Sunday and Monday.0 -
Last offer I had was 3/4 June so hopefully one soon as I also have things to list. Ideally want a max £1 or even one of the less common 25%, 50% or even 75% off which we used to get a lot a while ago rare now.0
