I've been on holiday the past week and have been eating pure junk food and soft drinks with hardly any veg or water.
Not surprisingly I'm lacking in toilet movement.
I have a packet of scan bran from my slimming world days, it's still in date but I hate that stuff. I want something that will work by tomorrow morning.

I drink it when on my period (to replace iron) but I don't recall it having the loo effect on me. But then again I don't drink that much of it.0 -

TBH if you want results by tomos, laxatives are your best bet.

Go for a long walk - works for me! Always need to "go" after a walk, in fact usually end up having to walk really fast to make it!0

A handful of prunes should work well too. They have an ingredient which stimulates peristalsis and are much more gentle than anything chemical. I find half a dozen is about right0

Apricots, raspberries, leeks, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussel sprouts and don't forget baked beans (beans and pulses) - I always find are good openers.
I agree with a good long walk and plenty of water - helps gets things moving.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons
