IVE BEEN ON GENERAL REGISTER OFFICE WEBSITE THEN " Search the GRO Online Index " WEB PAGE BUT THE OPTIONS ARE YEARS 1837 TO 1917 BUT I WAS BORN AFTER THAT, AM I MISSING SOMETHING

If you know the area where you were registered you can go to their website and order and pay online and they will send it to you by postSlava Ukraini0

Looks like you've clicked on the historical search option, hence the dates you've mentioned.
I think you need to create an aco!!!! on the GRO site so you can then request a copy of the birth certificate, alterantivelym you can complete the application manually- https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/general-register-office-gro-certificate-application-forms0 -
